1. 1. Student will observe and maintain strict discipline in Institute premises and in the hospital/lab. Ragging is prohibited in any form, Institute observes zero tolerance policy.
  2.  2. Student will take notice of all instruction/direction so placed on daily notice board of AH Institute.
  3.   3. Every student will have to take permission from the Principal or concerned teacher while going on leave.
  4.   4. The student will maintain at least 30% attendance in theory classes and 70% practical, both separately of each subject during every academic session till the completion of course.
  5.   5. Student should carry the Identity Card endorsed by the H.O. at all times within the center premises.
  6.   6. The student must attend all the lab sessions regularly and the theory sessions weekly.
  7.   7. The annual examination for each year will be held in June/July and November/December or as fixed by the Council. For failed/re-appear students supplementary examinations will be fixed by the council. Medium of examination will be English & MC Q based. Practical examination will be 100 marks which will divided into two parts 50 & 50.
  8.   8. Students must have to earn 50 marks from practical centers (Hospital & Labs) and 50 marks from internal assessment of the Institute.
  9.  9.  Irrespective of age and position, the student is expected to maintain appropriate relation with the management & staff.
  10.  10. Proper discipline has to be maintained within the center premises. Any student found misbehaving will be restricted from attending the class. Regular misbehavior will be the cause of cancellation of the registration of candidate.
  11. 11. All the students shall be regular and punctual throughout each session beginning with the first day of Instructions. Each student should have 80% attendance in each subject separately. Allowances of 10%attendance are made of illness, which should be supported with Medical Certificates. In any case the minimum attendance shall/should be 70%.
  12.  12. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, Disobedience or unbecoming conduct in the premises will reminder student liable to be dismissed at any time by the authorities. In such matter, the decision of the Secretary/Director/ Principal will be final.
  13.  13. Any student found short of attendance (minimum80%) as per the Rules of Examinations of ALLIED & HEALTHCARE INSTITUTE he/she shall not be allowed to appear in the Final Examinations. Such debarred students must repeat the course to be appearing for the Final Examinations with required percentage of Attendance (80%).
  14.  14. If any student found indulges in unfair practice of means in the Final Examinations he/she be expelled and debarred from appearing in the examinations for one successive year.
  15.  15. Any damage caused to the property of the institute must be replace/restored by the student & Guardian(s) concerned.
  16.  16. Students are responsible for the books, equipment, tools and other instruments used by them and shall make good on their loss or damage.
  17.  17. ALLIED & HEALTHCARE INSTITUTE does not take any responsibility for any injury sustained by the student through all precautions will be taken to avoid any accident.
  18.  18. It is compulsory for all the students to participate in the field visits, educational tours & other establishment of historical values.Though all precautions and safety measures will be taken but the candidates, their Parents/Guardians shall be fully responsible for any natural or Unnatural cause and the ALLIED & HEALTHCARE INSTITUTE does not takes any responsibility for the same.
  19. 19. Fees of the course must be paid by the student as per the rules & regulations/ mentioned in the admission confirmation letter. After the due date the students name shall be stuck off the roll and he/she shall be readmitted only on payment of re-admission fees of rs.5, 000/- only up to 6 days. Re-admission can only be done once during the session. In case of short of attendance or the reasons mentioned under the striking of rolls no student can seek re-admission.
  20. 20. Fee once paid will neither be refunded nor adjusted in any case.
  21. 21. The parent/Guardian will fill in the application form with accuracy. The signing of the form will constitute of the part on the Parent/Guardian and candidate to abide by the Rules & Regulations of the Institute as lay down in the Prospectus and from time to time.
  22. 22. The ALLIED & HEALTHCARE INSTITUTE will issue its own Diploma and certificates after careful assessment of the student’s performance at the Final examinations.
  23. 23. The ALLIED & HEALTHCARE INSTITUTE will observe all the National holidays and holidays mention in ALLIED & HEALTHCARE INSTITUTE academic calendar.
  24. 24. In case of any dispute during or after the training period, the decision of the authority will be final and Jurisdiction for legal proceedings will be in Delhi only.
  25. 25. The ALLIED & HEALTHCARE INSTITUTE will reserve its right to change, delete alter and add of the above rules and regulationsas and when necessary without prior information.
  26. 26. Any dispute arising out of the application of these rules and Regulations or matters arising out of these will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Delhi only. Wherever, the Rules are silent the decisions of the Institute will be final and binding.
